

Chantal manages the SEO research and development and client relations. She is responsible for setting the tactical direction of all Search Engine Optimization campaigns. Chantal’s experience includes all aspects of online marketing, such as e-commerce, lead-generation and ad-based businesses. She brings 7 years of experience managing, researching, testing, and implementing advanced SEO strategies. Chantal Giuliani was key player as the Director of SEO at one of the most well known San Diego-based SEO firms at it’s start up, then took on the role of Senior SEO Analyst for one of San Diego’s most respected interactive marketing firms, working with Oakley and Mitsubishi.
Troy has 15 years developing numerous platforms for web technology companies and search engine marketing agencies. He has spent the past nine years providing SEO services to dozens of Fortune 500 companies. His master’s (MS Software Engineering) thesis “Intelligent Software Agents on the Internet” involved him with search engines and Internet technologies. Prior to his search engine involvement he was on the faculty of computer information systems at Coleman University.
Shannon was born in a year he chooses to keep secret for the time being, but suffice to say that it was a long time ago. After initially majoring in theatre at a major university, he ultimately graduated with a degree in journalism (minor in political science). He spent nearly 25 years as a copywriter and broadcast producer in the advertising industry, ending up with J. Walter Thompson, the fifth-largest (and second-oldest) advertising agency on the planet. Since then, he’s written six screenplays (and counting), a TV pilot, and served as staff writer and story editor for a weekly dramatic series. Most recently, he has appeared in the theatrical releases “Public Enemies” and “The Unborn,” made five appearances on the TV series “The Beast,” as well as more than 20 independent features. Over the course of his lifetime, Shannon has lived in more than 14 states and traveled much of the world.
Melissa earned her bachelors degree in English, with a focus in creative writing, from the University of North Texas. Through her extensive work as a freelance copywriter she has compiled a large portfolio of various works including travel articles and reviews on a multitude of world cities for various travel sites. Melissa has also helped launch a start-up campaign for Tricon TelePresence, where she leads the Creative Department, by utilizing her skills in content writing, public relations, SEO, as well as script writing for the purpose of promotional videos.
