Cresoft website has been designed to be accessible to as many people as possible. Cresoft Corporation is the sole owner of the information collected on the Cresoft website. We collect information from our users at several different points on our website.

Newsletter Registration

In order to receive our online Newsletter, users must first complete the registration form. During registration users give contact information (name and email address). This information is used to deliver the Newsletter.

Contact Form

We request information from the user on our contact form. A user must provide contact information (name and email address). It is optional for the user to provide additional information for example, about the nature of their business and their job title. This information helps us to deal with the enquiry appropriately.

Client Registration

In order to gain access to the Client area of the site, users will be required to register. During registration a user must supply a name and email address, and a username and password. This information is required to ensure that only clients can access information about their own projects.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. Cookies are not linked to any personally identifiable information on our site. We use session ID cookies and persistent cookies. For the session ID cookie, once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on the user's hard drive for an extended period of time. These can be removed by following Internet browser help file directions.

Log Files

Client Area - Special Offers and Updates

We may send all new participating clients a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established clients will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Cresoft does not pass on or sell information about our customers to any other business or organization. The only exception to this is wherewe are legally obliged to do so to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.

In the event Cresoft Corporation goes through a business transition users will be notified via a prominent notice on our Web site for 30 days prior to a change of ownership or control of their personal information.
